You will receive the friendliest of welcomes as you spend your summer inNorthern Ireland, discovering it’s inspirational locations, stunning landscapes and wonderful hospitality. After Commissioning at The Lord’s Boot Camp, you will bus to the OrlandoInternationalAirport for a flight across “the pond” (the AtlanticOcean) toBelfast, Northern Ireland. You will be involved in neighborhood youth ministry running Summer Schemes (VBS-type programs) for the many local children. Through God’s Word, skits, memory verses and music, the kids will learn that we can do all things through Christ and that He is our Protector and Defender. You will have the chance to uncover the truth of the legendary Titanic, as you explore the shipyard where it was built and experience what it would be like to travel to the depths of the ocean floor where Titanic still lies. You may clamber across the edge of the sea stepping from one stone to the next at the Giant’sCauseway, stroll down the beach for a frigid dip in the IrishSea, or test your courage walking across the Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge for the spectacular views of the coast. Shop at Carroll’s for souvenirs such as Irish linens, sweaters, bags, ornaments, chocolate, jewelry and items with Irish blessings written or carved on them.

Unique Missionary training will be held at the Lord's Boot Camp in Florida including a timed obstacle course and classes in bible, evangelism (drama, music, puppets), and basic construction skills (for work teams). Training focuses on spiritual growth, teamwork, and character. Teams are normally 15-25 persons. Each mission trip is completed with a three day Debrief before returning home.
