Pack your bags and head to two very impoverished countries: Southern Sudan and Uganda. Following Boot Camp, you will headto the Orlando International Airport to begin your journey to the Entebbe International Airport via Washington D.C. and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. You will then travel eight hours north by bus to Koboko, where the AIDS Orphans Rescue Unit (AORU) is located. Watch out for monkeys on the side of the road as you journey along the Nile River. You will cross it four different times!
You will then cross the border into Southern Sudan and on to your project in Yei. Your project is to build an AORU and to minister using music, puppets and drama to the Dinka tribe, one of the world’s tallest tribal groups. Housing will be in tents; bathing and laundry will be done using a bucket. After spending time in Southern Sudan, you will return to Koboko, where you will be surrounded by hundreds of orphans who will want to talk and play with you. On your return to Entebbe, you will shop for souvenirs such as drums, soapstone bowls, wood carvings and African dresses. On your flight back, you will have a refueling stop in Rome, Italy.

Unique Missionary training will be held at the Lord's Boot Camp in Florida including a timed obstacle course and classes in bible, evangelism (drama, music, puppets), and basic construction skills (for work teams). Training focuses on spiritual growth, teamwork, and character. Teams are normally 15-25 persons. Each mission trip is completed with a three day Debrief before returning home.
