A destructive and devastating earthquake hit Haiti in 2010, leaving hundreds dead underneath rubble that was once their home. People torn from homes and loved ones due to this natural disaster still have painful images seared into their minds. What greater time or place to share about true restoration than when it is needed most? Share with the victims, who experienced the overwhelming force of one of the deadliest earthquakes on record.

If you’re willing to give up comfort, face the extreme heat, sleep wrapped in a mosquito net, and get your hands dirty each day, then you might have what it takes to join other college students and young adults on a disaster relief crew that will work on the outskirts of the epicenter. Take on the challenge of reestablishing buildings, ministering in temporary camps, and taking time to love on orphans through simple children’s programs.
