Adjacent to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial, an impoverished inner-city Atlanta neighborhood needs spiritual encouragement and physical support. AIM partners with existing ministries to share the love of Christ with homeless people, addicts, and prostitutes through street ministry, and with local people of all ages.
Ministry Description:
You will have the opportunity to help serve dinner to 250 people daily at Blood-N-Fire, the downtown ministry which will house us. Teams will minister through vacation Bible school (VBS), cookouts and sports in local parks, street outreach, construction projects, prayer walks, and possible visits to a rehabilitation center or nursing home.
