SIMPLE Mission Trip in Florida

IMPACT Florida is a missions organization that provides students with an opportunity to put their faith into action through hands on home repair in the greater Orlando area.

Our camps are uniquely catered to middle and high school students and designed to help students fulfill the Great Commission by putting their faith into action by serving in the local community through minor home repair.  We offer half week or full week options.   

We want this to be a great experience where you can spend a lot of time with your students.  Therefore, we take care of everything once you are here.  There is no long tool list to bring; we handle all major tools and ladders.  We take care of food, lodging, all spiritual materials, as well as evening activities. 

For the full week option we provide you with a day off in the middle of the week.  Use this day to enjoy Florida and see some of the great beaches, theme parks, or attractions in the area.  You will not find a large camp environment here.  We purposefully keep our weeks under 100 participants.  We like to focus on the relational aspect.  There is plenty of time for you to spend with your students.  One goal our staff strives to meet is to get to know your students on an individual basis.     

Start the morning off with some breakfast and then a small group bible study.  Head out to work and touch the lives of others in the community.  After a break for lunch, it’s back to work for a little while.  Take time to stop in the afternoon and do some personal reflection using the job site devotional materials we provide.  After working all day, it’s back to camp for showers and dinner prepared by our staff.  Enjoy an evening worship service with music and a message.  Later on in the evening we offer evening activities that are purely fun and give your students a chance to release that last bit of energy before it is time for lights out.
