| Malawi is the 4th poorest nation in the world and we have received a request for help. It is our goal to send help beginning March 2008 to this nation. The infant mortality rate is 94.4 deaths per 1000 births. Their cry is, “please send us help as soon as possible”. A pastor there is asking for help to take care of the children. The median age is 16.5 years in Malawi and they rarely live past 40 years old due to malaria, HIV/AIDS, Pneumonia, and other health problems. The Rose of Sharon Project will send mission workers to Malawi with your help. While we cannot all go physically, we can go through sponsorships.
