Day 1 - 3: Meet at the airport of the gateway city 2 hours prior to departure time. Introduction and briefing at the gate. Travel to Asia will be at least 24 hours. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, we will be taking a short plane ride from Kathmandu to our final destination, Dumre. Day 4: The group will be spending the morning understanding the Nepalese culture from our host. After lunch, we will be visiting the church pastor and our ministry site that we will be working for the next 1 week. Day 5 - 10: Mission work will include both physical and spiritual work in accordance to our host and the needs by the pastor in the community. The emphasis will be reaching out to chidren in the community. There is also a huge influx of Tibetan refugees and we will be working and minitering the Tibetans. Day 11: Departing Pokhara for Kathmandu to spend the day to debriefing and re-entry. The group will also get to visit the city and do some souvenir shopping. Day 12: Departing Kathmandu for the US.
