Christian Encounter Ministries cooperates with local churches and Christian colleges by offering internships to equip effective servant-leaders. Residential ministry is ideal for experiencing team-ministry, learning life on life discipleship, developing skills and providing daily opportunities to lead by example. A residential internship is especially helpful to those interested in youth ministry, social work, or counseling. To apply for an internship you must be 21 years or older, or have completed two or more years of college. You must have a strong, growing relationship with Jesus.
